How To Help: Practical Partnering to Help Children and Families in Tacoma & Pierce County

Attending one of our Changing Lives Tours is an excellent way to better understand the work we do and the people we serve. You will have a chance to meet with Child & Family’s CEO and key leaders, learn about our community’s most pressing social needs and see some of the innovative solutions we are putting into practice. Join us for a one-hour tour to learn first-hand how CFGC impacts the lives of more than 7,000 people each year and helps the most vulnerable people in Tacoma and Pierce County.

2. Attend or Sponsor an Event

Child & Family Guidance Center has several major events throughout the year. These events help to promote Child & Family, while also helping to make dreams come true for those who come to the Center.

3. Volunteer
Volunteers are needed on a rolling basis, depending on qualifications and the needs at the Center. For those interested in volunteering, please schedule a time to join us for a Changing Lives Tour, which will lay a foundation for the heart of the mission at Child & Family. 4. Plan a Fundraiser
Gather some friends and plan an event to raise funds for Child & Family Guidance Center! This is a fun and unique way to help children and families while doing the things you love!

5. Make a Donation

In addition to donating by phone or mail, Child & Family Guidance Center has partnered with PayPal to provide you with secure means to make an online cash donation. 6. Make a Planned Gift
